HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?
- Develop and implement content marketing strategies to disseminate content across Hong Kong Tourism Board’s major social media channels (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok)
- Explore and implement innovative creative strategies that cater to specific targets sectors, such as the Youth market, as well as emerging market like Muslim community and the Greater Bay area
- Ideate, create and produce engaging digital content, including photography, video, art direction and copy across multiple forms and social channels to support business needs
- Develop and guide a high-performing team including writers, designers and videographers; inspire the team across multiple creative areas i.e. photography, video, graphic design etc
- Lead social media postings and calendars, keep up with current industry and social trends and topics; review and ensure contents are optimized, effective and follow the best practices
- Oversee the creative production process with content agencies/in-house production team, including managing timelines, resources and budgets
- Track and monitor KPI performances especially on engagement; review, adjust and transform key data into actionable insights
- Proactively identify and make recommendations on poor performing content and social channel engagement
- Collaborate with content partners, stakeholders, and other third parties to produce high quality content
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?/ DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- University degree holder in Journalism/ Marketing/ Communications or related subjects
- At least 10 years’ experience in a creative role, such as advertising /digital agency, content creation, publishing, or related fields is preferred
- In house experience and proven experiences in leading and managing creative teams, including videographers, graphic designers and copywriters are advantageous
- Strong storyteller, able to distil complex ideas into understandable and relatable story angles
- Knowledge of best practices in social platform , emerging technologies, and industry trends in video production and storytelling
- Strong organization skills with problem-solving attitude
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in written English and Chinese
