Job responsibilities:

•        Customer orders planning and processing
•        Maintain and ensure customer service at high level of efficiency and satisfaction
•        Provide support and clear communication with Team Members, Managers
•        Properly document of all communication between caller and representative
•        Serve as a resource of product knowledge to customers and answer/direct calls as needed
•        Customer relationship management
•        Assist customer’s supply chain
•        Assist in sales administration and creating sales report
•        Exhibitions and events related arrangements
•        Perform additional duties as required

Job Qualifications & Requirements:

•        1 – 3 years’ experience in a customer service and/or administrative role
•        Basic Spoken English Required
•        Outstanding telephone demeanor and communication skills
•        Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers, associates and management in a professional and efficient manner
•        Proficient in data entry and have strong computer skills
•        Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
•        Ability to quickly learn our products and processes
•        Be able to work in both independently and in a team environment
