Role & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall IT infrastructure management, security & services from design, configuration, implementation, operation to maintenance;
• Evaluate organization outcomes; identify and resolve problems related to network infrastructure, hardware components, operating systems;
• Implement disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures;
• Understand the current data management system and provide streamline solution for system upgrade and optimization

Knowledge and Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holders or above in a computer-related subject;
• Minimum 8-year of experience in IT infrastructure planning, implementation, operation, and at least 3-year in IT managerial role;
• Have experiences in handling IT infrastructure projects with internal teams and external vendors or partners;
• Possess in-depth and hands-on technological capabilities in the computer networking, system and security;
• Good project management skills with qualifications of PMP is preferred;
• Strong problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated and well-organized;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
