SUP Retail (Hong Kong) Limited operates both physical bookstore chain and online retail platform in Hong Kong. We are looking for people who are enthusiastic about books and culture to join the team of our fast-growing online retail platform – My Book One (www.mybookone.com.hk).

Responsibilities:

• Manage in CRM planning and executing marketing & loyalty program, including customer acquisition and retention strategies
• Support and manage the daily e-commerce operations such as order fulfilment process.
• Provide technical support to teams to handle the sales order, goods return and refund.
• Initiate and manage digital marketing activities, including Google and Meta ads, and e-commerce campaigns to draw traffic to the platform.
• Supervise sub-ordinates to meet timeline and achieve company targets.
• Explore joint promotion partners and opportunities

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Communications, Marketing, Business or related discipline 
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in CRM/ e-commerce/ marketing
• Experience in e-commerce knowledge and platform development is an advantage
• Innovative, idea-driven, dynamic, self-motivated, detailed-oriented and a good team player who is able to work under tight schedule
• Willing to learn new technologies
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficient in Chinese word processing, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
