Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support the handling of customer enquiries via phone, email and social media in a professional manner
- Implement the customer experience initiatives and tools to monitor the customer satisfaction from multi-channels
- Handle complaint cases and internal communications to resolve the issues raised by customers and able to provide suggestions to improve
- Report findings from customer surveys and work with retail sites to ensure rectification plan in place to improve customer satisfaction
- Work on regular business reports for useful business insights
- Assist in any ad-hoc project when necessary by Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Sales & Marketing, Hotel, Catering & Tourism, or any related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience
- Good problem solving skill with strong sense of customer focus
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, good command of Mandarin is a plus
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and follow-through initiatives
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Candidate with less experience may be considered as Officer
