Role Purpose:

Our Sourcing Coordinator is responsible for the execution of sourcing strategy with objectives to reduce overall cost of goods sold, increase customer participation, ensure products quality and secure shipment reliability.

What you will be handling: 

• Implement sourcing projects, develop sustainable sourcing activities in co-operation with our Sales Lines in worldwide
• Participate in supplier selection and negotiation process  
• Ensure right service level and short-list potential suppliers
• Identify, communicate, manage and overcome risks, gaps, and issues throughout the product development process
• Secure Sales Lines with full product availability along the year through efficient supply chain service
• Analyze market prices and trends in order to provide the up-to-date market information to Sales Lines and seek for innovative solutions

Talent that we are looking for:

• Knowledge in frozen seafood or seafood is preferred 
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Energetic to drive for customer success and excellent service 
• Possess strong sense of ownership and high degree of independence 
• Passionate in connecting with people 
• Flexibility and willingness to travel

Experience, knowledge and skills required:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent discipline 
• 2 years’ relevant sourcing and purchasing experience in Food sector / FMCG, preferable in multi-national trading companies / retailer 
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
