What you will be doing?
 

• Handle customer inquiries with a professional and customer-centric approach, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of their concerns
• Coordinate and support between external customers and internal technical colleagues to meet the turnaround time of testing project and all related events
• Manage the relationship with existing customers

You need to be
 

• Higher Diploma or above in Chemistry, Textile Technology or relevant disciplines 
• At least 2 years experience in testing laboratory is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with positive learning attitude
• Details-oriented, organized and good player
• Resilient and able to work under pressure
• Good in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Immediately available is a definite advantage
