Responsibilities
 

CRM:

• Responsible to support the member acquisition and retention programs, assist in formulating CRM strategic plans and objective;
• Drive CRM promotions to drive customer loyalty and business sales;
• Analyse customer database for formulating, driving and delivering creative CRM marketing plans;
• Arrange and organise member activities and events;
• Communicate and work independently with agencies, production houses, external parties and internal departments to develop and implement marketing communication initiatives
• Keep up-to-date on relevant CRM related retail reports weekly and data supports for in-store & mall promotions;
• Responsible for preparing & studying eDM, SMS and MMS blast performance;
• Handle customer enquiries and feeback.

Operational Marketing:

• Coordinate Brands & Shopping Malls Loyalty Programs; 
• Establish sustainable relationship with shopping malls managements;
• Monitor GWP stock levels with stores;
• Prepare the pitching promotions proposal, presentation, documentation, specification, quotation internal briefing form;
• Assist sales support team to handle ad-hoc support case.

Requirements 

• College graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing or related disciplines;
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience,  preferably in Retail industry; 
• Digital Marketing skills with experience in latest media technology is a plus; 
• Proactive with excellent interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in using Excel; 
• Detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility and good team player;
• Multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines;
• Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
