Job Description
Duties:
- Handle Corporate & English speaking customers' enquiries and complaint in a professional manner
- Support an exercise on collecting customer feedback
Requirements:
- F.7 or above
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in customer service industry
- Good knowledge of mobile, internet and PC products
- Good spoken English & Chinese
- Customer oriented, pleasant, mature, independent
- Day Shift duty is required including weekends and public holidays, 9 hours per day
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer
