Job Responsibilities

• Business data analysis: Through in-depth analysis of user behavior and business data, find problem points, risk points, opportunity points, and iteration points from user data and sales data to support product, sales, and marketing teams;
• Data procurement and processing: Identify and screen high-quality overseas data supply chains, negotiate for data purchase, and clean the data;
• Application transformation: Coordinate and cooperate with the sales, marketing, product, technology and other teams of the business team to track the application transformation of report conclusions and promote the implementation of strategies.
• VOC project execution: Cooperate with the implementation of the global consumer voice insight VOC project, cooperate with Party B to complete crawling, cleaning, NLP and other aspects, and output the BI dashboard;
• Crawler project support: Lead or support crawler projects of different types of industry data around the world, collect data and clean it;
• AI technology application support: Lead or support the design, development and implementation of Agents and AI solutions based on the company's actual business needs.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in Data Analysis
• Excellent Python and SQL skills, data cleaning and analysis skills, basic knowledge of NLP, and solid data skills
• Have good business acumen and insight, be able to discover and identify key business issues and conduct causal reasoning and trend prediction
• Have a broad strategic perspective and strategic thinking ability, have strong logical thinking ability, learning ability, and comprehensive analysis ability, have excellent learning ability, structured analysis, induction and summary ability, quantitative statistics and qualitative analysis ability
• Have strong communication and coordination skills, and be able to communicate and collaborate efficiently across businesses, departments, and teams
• Mandarin and English is required as a working language
