Job Description

Autism Partnership Foundation (APF) is a registered charity body in Hong Kong, is committed to making a difference in the life of individuals with autism.  Our services are provided by dedicated, dynamic and qualified ABA therapists and professionals with extensive knowledge and experience in working with individuals with ASD and their families.
 

Our services include providing quality education in a Private Primary School, also a well-established Centre providing free one on one and group training for ASD children from low-income families. We also offer a dedicated program for teenagers and young adult. To cope with our expansion, we are looking for a high-calibre candidate to join us as our School Operations Manager.

 

 Key responsibilities:

  • Works collaboratively with the School’s administration team to ensure smooth school operations, including running smooth school events and in organizing administrative matters.
  • To manage School Scheduling including parent meetings, school tours, special school event, holidays arrangement etc.
  • To manage the admissions process, enroll students and manage students’ information database, and provide information and statistics as required.
  • To be the key point of contact with parents on non-clinical issues and ensure good quality of services are delivered and maintained.
  • To co-ordinate with teaching staff to ensure a smooth running of all the school-wide activities.
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, including therapist recruitment, staff orientation and departure, payroll, compensation and benefits, manpower allocation, staff performance evaluation, staff policy etc.
  • To lead and build a better workplace and foster a strong team spirit by improving staff’s satisfaction through various staff initiatives.
  • To carry out a wide range of administrative duties, including facilities management, maintenance, procurement, space utilization, and campus/centre security.
  • To work closely with Organisation’s subsidiaries on students’ transition plans.
  • To perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

 

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, human resources or related fields, with 8 years minimum relevant working experience
  • Good knowledge in school administration
  • Familiar with education policies of the government is an advantage
  • Good sense of and experienced in project management  
  • Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Strong proficiency in PC skills such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills; a good team player who is flexible, collaborative, confident, cheerful and proactive with a positive attitude
