Role Purpose:

Our Manager, Digital Solutions is responsible for leading a team to handle end-to-end development and enhancement of our in-house Java-based applications.  

What you will be handling:

• Analyze business requirement and translate into technical task and functional specification
• Lead a team of in-house Developers to develop and enhance our application systems
• Provide support and maintenance of in-house systems to ensure high quality service and smooth operations
• Collaborate with users to resolve incidents and problem shoot to ensure timely resolution
• Explore new technology, introduce innovative solutions to uplift operational efficiency

Experience, knowledge and skills required:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 10 years’ relevant experience in system development field
• 2+ years’ experience in managerial role will be in advantage
• Solid skills on Python, JSP, JSF, Struts, ICEfaces, Java, Springboot, Javascript, React, React Native
• Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Kotlin, Oracle Database
• Proficient in both spoken and written English
