Responsibilities:
• Co-ordinate and liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers for execution of the building services work
• Carry out design, installation or maintenance of building services equipment and systems
• Monitor the work schedule, progress and quality control of the projects
• To attend design meetings, site meetings / inspections and all other meetings of relevant projects
• Vetting drawings, method statements, risk assessment report and materials submission from contractors/supplier, payment submissions, completion of Final Account with minimum supervision

Requirements:
• Degree or above in Building Services, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• 4 years’ working experience in building services, electrical and mechanical.

• Membership of relevant professional institutions is required
• Familiar with design guidelines, standards, code of practice, statutory regulation, submission and approval procedures to utilities and relevant authorities
• Experience from consultancy firm is preferred
• Knowledge in Autodesk Revit or AutoCAD will be an advantage
With certificate of Registered Electrical Worker (REW) A0 or above, or comply the academic requirements for REW A0 or above will be an advantage
• Be adaptable and able to work independently coupled with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good communication skills
