We are currently looking for an Assistant Engineer to join our Technical Team in Hong Kong’s leading decentralized office area – Taikoo Place. With top-flight technological facilities and an integrated community, Taikoo Place is a thriving hub of 10 interconnected office towers that has seen continuous upgrading and expansion. Our Technical Team of specialised engineers and building surveyors are dedicated professionals who drive our sustainable practices forward, make cutting-edge enhancements to our buildings so Taikoo Place is even more exceptional, and support our daily operations. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor operation and maintenance of E&M installations
• Monitor tenants’ fit-out works
• Assist in the implementation of environmental and energy saving projects
• Supervise in-house technicians and contractors to carry out routine repair and maintenance work, implement corrective and planned maintenance of E&M equipment and system
• Handle enquiries on all related issues, plan & execute system upgrades and prepare technical reports

REQUIREMENTS

• Higher Diploma or equivalent in Electrical or Building Services Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of design or maintenance experience of commercial buildings or A&A project management
• Achieves results, even under tough circumstances
• Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
• Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good PC skills on AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
• Willing to attend emergency call outside normal office hour
