Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial and management report and perform analysis on business performance
- Prepare consolidated financial statements according to the relevant accounting standards and listing rules
- Work collaboratively with various internal parties in the region to acquire or provide information needed for analysis / reporting / budgeting / forecasting
- Participate in budgeting process and forecasting
- Coordinate with regional offices for managing cash-flow and working capital situation
- Handle statutory audit and prepare audited financial statements
- Assist in tax planning and tax provision review from Group Tax department
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant with a recognized Bachelor Degree
- At least 5 years' work experience, experience gained from Big 4 audit firms with post-audit commercial exposure in HK / PRC / Asia Regions
- Solid experience in preparing published accounts of Hong Kong listed companies
- Knowledge in Oracle ERP is preferred
- Good analytical, report-writing and presentation skills
- Able to work under pressure and with high self-initiatives
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Occasional travel required
