Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle and follow up clients’ enquiries on daily financial transactions, account opening and general banking products in professional manner
- Handle disputes and resolving client enquiries, complaints or suspected fraud cases as and when required
- Providing quality services and financial solutions to clients and satisfy their changing financial needs
- Comply with procedures, policies and regulatory requirements to safeguard clients’ and the bank’s interest.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education or above
- Customer services experience in banking is preferred
- Familiar with the products of securities market
- IIQE 1, 2, 3, 5 or HKSI Paper 1,7 & 8 is preferred
- Good telephone manner and communication skills
- Good command in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Mandarin is preferred
- Willing to perform shift duty
