We need a smart Retail Customer Service Executive like you to join our Retail Sales Department in an Asia Pacific's Precious Metals Leader!

Primary Role:

• Provide customer service and maintain smooth daily operation of the showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for retail counter daily operations such as handling customer services and inquiries
• Handling to process daily pickups and buybacks of products
• Coordinating with Retail Sales Team
• Order processing & Delivery Arrangement
• Assisting in daily showroom product display set up
• Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of showroom
• Assisting with team internal documentation if needed
• Following up on after-sales service issues, such as order delivery, to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Your education is important.  Your experience is important.  But they are not as important as your talent!

Requirements:

• 1-2 years’ experience in customer service / front desk service is an advantage
• Good verbal communication skills
• Good command in speaking English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
