Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide sales and administrative support to distribution channel
- Provide client service to brokers and business partners in a professional manner.
- Support broker onboarding, training, and provide ongoing support
- Monitor and evaluate sales activities, track sales performance, and generate accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Preparing sales reports, coordinating broker events, and assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns.
- Streamline the sales processes within the insurance brokerage division.
- Closely work with Account Manager to manage relationships with insurance brokers and foster strong partnerships for driving business growth
- Maintain up-to-date records of insurance transactions, contracts, and agreements. Ensure the distribution channel are in compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. underwriting, claims, policy administration, and cashier) to support sales initiatives and ensure smooth business operations.
- Assist in providing CPD courses to sales team members and business partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- 5 years or above experience in sales support or brokerage management within the insurance industry.
- Experience working with insurance broker management systems
- Solid understanding of insurance products, policies, and processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex insurance concepts to clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Good team player, Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
