Job Description
Job Duties:
- Mainly help desk service support HQ and 3 branches (4 locations)
- Support hardware (PC, printer) and software issue
- Inventory update
- Handle Billing
- New Join and Leave handling – New PC setup with desk phone
- Manage MS AD user account modification
- Handle staff of client password reset on some business service account
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or equivalent in Computer or IT related subjects.
- At least 1-3 years' experience in IT industry
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365 and common hardware
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
