Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administrative support to Training & Development department in delivery of training and organizational development programs.
• Responsible for registration and enrolment coordination for internal and external training activities which the duties include but not limited to:
  - Registration for participants
  - Venue booking, coordination and set up
  - Collect and keep attendance records
  - Conduct training statistics and effectiveness evaluation and analysis
• Collect, update and keep training records and prepare various training reports
• Handle queries from staff related to training & development events, policies and procedures.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Human Resources Management/ Administration or equivalent.
• At least 2 year working experience in training or administration works. With experience gained from sizable company is preferable.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Responsible, good interpersonal skills, willing to learn and self-motivated.
• Well-organized, systematic and detail-minded.
