We are now looking for a Key Account Manager (Grocery) to join our dynamic Grocery team, direct report to our Head of Sales (Grocery). This role is Modern Trade focused - The caliber will be responsible to lead a small team and manage assigned key accounts, develop and execute customer plans & sales strategies, achieve sales targets and overall business goals.

Roles & responsibilities

• Build complete Customer Plan to drive business for assigned accounts
• Execute promotion, availability and visibility plans for assigned key accounts
• Facilitate daily business execution by planning, communicating, forecasting, measuring results and implementing corrective actions 
• Partner closely with internal & external cross-functional units and build good relationship with the buyers to drive execution excellence
• Accountable for achieving agreed sales targets and KPIs among the team
• Adhere to all Company principles and policies include Nestle trade policy, local sales policy & terms, as well as other safety and legal regulations

What will make you successful

• Degree holder or above in Sales & Marketing or other business-related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years experiences in Key Account management or relevant fields with supervisory experience, preferably gained from FMCG industry
• With strong network and good relationships with key accounts
• Able to develop visionary strategic plans, drive business growth and capitalize all opportunities
• Positive thinking and self-motivated with can-do attitude
• Persistent and result-orientated; Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese (include Cantonese & Mandarin)
