Responsibilities 

• Responsible for execution and continuous refinement of e-commerce and CRM activities. Assist in UAT for any new features launch
• Prepare data analysis and regular reports including e-commerce sales, traffic, promotion, and social media review. Using data insights to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate with agency and/or other vendor to prepare marketing materials and implement promotions via eDM, Facebook, Instagram, website etc. 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques to drive innovation and maximize results.
• Support ad hoc projects such as web enhancement and system upgrade

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years relevant experience in a media agency and/or digital marketing related fields, CRM related is a plus
• Self-motivated, committed, good team spirit and able to work with various internal and external stakeholders 
• Knowledge in Magento, Google Analytics will be an advantage
• Good command in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Chinese 
• Immediate available is preferred.
