My client is a well-established MNC and they looking for an IT Manager who will be responsible for leading the infrastructure teams for overseeing the infrastructure project implementation, support, and maintenance.

• Lead an infrastructure team and oversee the IT infrastructure, system implementation, and IT support/helpdesk
• Collaborate with other business teams to understand the business needs for identifying and aligning IT strategies and priorities, also plan and suggest workable IT solutions that support the business
• Participate in enforcing the IT security governance, developing and executing the IT policies
• Execute IT roadmaps reflecting the digital needs and opportunities that align with the IT strategies
• Plan and develop the annual budget, timeline, and manpower and monitor the expenses for the operations
• Manage the performance of the team and 3rd party vendors to ensure the project delivery can meet agreed standards & assign tasks for the daily IT operations
• Research and share the latest technology trends to support innovative business initiatives and coach the team

skills & experiences required.

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or a relevant discipline
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure and background working in MNC in managerial/team lead roles with 3+ years of experience in team leadership
• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, including but not limited to Cisco network, server, firewalls, O365, VMware, business applications, operating systems, email systems, databases, IP phones, etc.
• Solid experience in planning and developing IT policies and procedures
• Solid experience in IT service delivery and implementation at a strategic and operational level
• Experience in project management, inventory management, and vendor management
• Good communication skills and business mindset, with the ability to manage the relationship with business stakeholders
• Proficient in spoken and written both Chinese and English is a must
• ITIL/PMP certifications is a plus
