Job Position: Solution Engineer

Job Description

• Participate in the creation of solutions and defining solution scopes.
• Communicate with clients to ensure that their requirements are accurately understood and met.
• Prepare solution documentation, including design drawings, technical specifications, and proposals.
• Resolve technical issues, providing professional support and guidance.
• Conduct quality control at key parts of the solution.
• Coordinate resources to ensure effective collaboration within the project team.
• Participate in post-evaluation and summary after project completion to improve the efficiency and quality of future work.

Requirements

• Degree or related certification in engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience, with experience in solution design and team collaboration.
• Proficient with engineering software and project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, organizational ability, and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills and a team player spirit.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to flexible working hours and conditions.
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
