What We Are Looking for:

The mission of the Quality Assurance Manager in Shenzhen Longgang is to lead a dynamic team in ensuring the uncompromising quality and safety of our diverse kitchenware product portfolio. This role involves strategic oversight of below responsibilities mentioned. The purpose is to guarantee that every product, spanning cooking, baking, food preparation, serving, microwave ware, storage, tableware, and beyond, not only meets but exceeds customer expectations, fostering trust and loyalty in our brand.

What You Will Own & How You Will Make A Difference:

  • Leadership and Team Management:
    • Lead and manage a diverse team of 12 individuals, specializing in kitchenware quality assurance. This including R&D, Inspection, Internal Testing, and 3rd Party Lab Testing, Factory audit.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members for professional development.
  • Quality Assurance Strategy:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy specially tailored to kitchenware products, aligned with the company's objectives.
    • Define and communicate quality standards, processes, and procedures
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with the merchandising & sales team to align quality goals with product specifications and customer expectations.
    • Work in coordination with vendors to ensure the highest quality standards are met throughout the supply chain.
  • R&D Oversight:
    • Oversee the quality aspects of the Research and Development process, ensuring that products meet design specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Order Inspection:
    • Establish and manage order inspection processes to guarantee product quality at different stages of production.
    • Implement effective measures for identifying and resolving quality issues during the production phase.
  • Internal Testing:
    • Develop and oversee internal testing procedures to ensure the functionality, reliability, and safety of products.
    • Collaborate with R&D to integrate quality considerations into the product development lifecycle.
  • 3rd Party Lab Testing & Regulatory Compliance:
    • Manage relationships with third-party laboratories involved in product testing.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations through external testing.
    • Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards relevant to the products.
    • Ensure the team's adherence to all relevant quality and safety regulations.
  • Quality Metrics and Reporting:
    • Establish and monitor key quality performance indicators.
    • Provide regular reports to senior management on quality metrics, issues, and improvements.
  • Factory Audit:
    • Lead and coordinate factory audits to assess and ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality standards and regulations.
  • Business travel:
    • With a commitment to excellence, this position requires regular travel to various locations, both domestic and international, to conduct factory audits, oversee quality processes firsthand, and strengthen relationships with vendors.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance management, with a specialization in kitchenware products.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of kitchenware quality assurance processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with international quality standards and regulations related to kitchenware.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
