Headquartered in the US for more than a century, Technic (China-HK) Limited is a proprietary chemical company with a particular focus on the PCB and electroplating industry in Hong Kong and the PRC. To ensure a smooth business operation, we are looking for a Senior/ Supply Chain Specialist.  

Job Scope

• Responsible for sales order and purchase order processing, payment handling, and fulfillment. 
• Work closely with overseas vendors to execute purchase order delivery schedules and shipping arrangements. Ensure to shorten the lead time while maximizing the cost savings for achieving on-time requests. 
• Implement transactions in the SAP system and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Oversee logistics plan and shipment with effective and efficient operation of warehouse and distribution, including goods receiving/deliveries, inventory transaction update, and proper inventory control.
• Assist in demand forecast validation, supply planning and scheduling, and inventory replenishment.
• 3PLs management and compliance with the company’s KPI standard.
• Liaison with internal stakeholders on sales forecast validation, material, and production planning to drive excellent customer service levels.
• Handle non-compliances including short-shipped deliveries and non-conformance with related parties and system adjustments.
• Maintain system data accuracy and conduct various invoices, and analysis reports for management review.
• Perform the month-end closing and monthly stock take and cycle count.
• Take ad-hoc assignments as assigned. 

Requirements

• Degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline is preferable.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Sales Order and Purchase Order fulfillment, logistics, and shipping handling, order processing, and warehouse management with ISO experience preferably.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, collaborative, and sense of responsibility.
• Can work under pressure to cope with tight deadlines.
• Good command in both spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in computer literature and familiarity with ERP systems.
