Responsibilities

It reports to Manager, Crew Roster and work in Operations Control Centre (OCC) to handle flight crew daily operation. The main Job descriptions are as following:

1. Crew Scheduling: Develop and maintain flight crew schedules;
2. Crew Control: Monitor the flight schedule change and manage flight & roster disruption;
3. Communication: Effectively communicate with flight crews, operational teams, and other relevant departments to disseminate operational information and address scheduling changes promptly;
4. Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of aviation regulations and ensure that all crew schedules; crew recency adhere to legal and company-specific requirements;
5.  Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of crew schedules, certifications, and other relevant documentation;
6.  Crew Logistics, Catering, and Hotel Reservations: Coordinate crew transportation logistics, manage catering services for flights, arrange hotel accommodations;
7. Handle API submission;
8. Check and file CDR records;
9. Other duties assigned by OCC superiors.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder or equivalent;
• 1 years' airlines or airport working experience is desirable;
• Proficient in oral and written English and Chinese (Putonghua is a plus);
• Willingness to perform shift duties (includes weekends, public holidays).
