Job Purpose:

• Assist and support Customer Service Hotline team to deliver excellent service to our Internal and external customers
• Answering various types of enquiries via hotline on policy information, policy change and claims submission, etc.
• Provide support to Customer Service Centre for walk-in clients, cashier, supporting correspondent team when necessary

 Main Responsibilities:

• Handle customer / salesperson enquiries from different Hotlines in professional manner to achieve service excellence
• Follow guidelines to protect customers’ privacy by verifying callers’ personal information
• Arrange follow-up calls to customer / salesperson when necessary or assigned by supervisor
• Maintain and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
• Update job knowledge by studying new product description and other materials
• Manage and resolve customer complaints
• Document all call information in the Customer Service Logging System
• To support service counter, cashier, supporting correspondent team when necessary
• Perform ad-hoc task as required

Incumbent Requirements:

• F.7 or above and passed in IIQE 1,3,5 with at least 2 years relevant working experience
• Good spoken and writing in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
• Careful mindset, patient, pleasant, good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with passion and caring attitude
• Hands on PC skills including Chinese word processing
• Experience in working in Customer Services of life insurance company is an advantage
• Able to work on weekend
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
