Our client is a multinational sourcing office which based in Hong Kong with stable and people-oriented culture. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Identify and develop sourcing strategies, cost reduction programs, and new vendor development activities
• Define and implement strategies for optimizing supplier performance, including price, service levels, lead times and product quality
• Managing and developing a vendor/factory base 
• Responsible for supplier quality assurance
• Monitor and resolve supply chain, logistics and commercial issues
• Establish and maintain effective regular KPI reporting to monitor the effectiveness of the Supply Chain
• Supplier negotiation: price review and control, claim settlement etc.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of sourcing, merchandising and or product development experience in the Fashion/Apparel/Garment category. 
• Bachelor’s degree 
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a Must
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Experience dealing with international markets requirements 
• Liaising with stakeholders, buyers in Europe/ US etc.
