The Job

• Contact customer to make appointment for onsite service
• Handle incoming orders from customers
• Data entry in system and document filing
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks

The People

• DSE or above
• Experience to liaise with customers
• Proficiency in PC skills such as MS Office
• Good telephone manner
• Immediate available or short notice is preferred
