What you’ll be doing?

• Responsible for daily order and shipment operation, managing inventory and processing inbound and outbound goods
• Tracking order status including documents preparation
• Co-ordinate the delivery schedule with supplier and inter-department
• System update, filing and document control

Who are we looking for?

• F.5 / DSE graduates or above
• At least 1-2 years relevant experience
• Familiar with PC operation (MS Office and Chinese Word Processing)
• Experience in use of ACCPAC system is an advantage
• Good command of Chinese, Mandarin and English
