Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and Execute sales plans for different sales channels
  • Prepare annual sales budget, forecast and analysis, in order to achieve monthly and yearly sales budget and monitor P&L
  • Manage assigned accounts/channels and identify the needs for new sales prospects
  • Pursue opportunities to enlarge the sales base by cold calls, marketing events, internal networking, etc.
  • Conducts Customers and Stores visit regularly to achieve company sales goal and collect market intelligence 
  • Monitor and evaluate the actual sales performance against target and take action to remedy should any shortfall occur
  • Develop close relationships with key customers to maximize collaboration with target to maximize exposure and conversion
  • Recommend competitive tactics and strategies to achieve sales target

Requirements: 

  • Diploma or above in related subject
  • 6 years or above relevant experience in Open Trade / Key Account Management is a must
  • Confident & self-motivated, with strong analytical skills and business sense
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office, good spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
