Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan and Execute sales plans for different sales channels
- Prepare annual sales budget, forecast and analysis, in order to achieve monthly and yearly sales budget and monitor P&L
- Manage assigned accounts/channels and identify the needs for new sales prospects
- Pursue opportunities to enlarge the sales base by cold calls, marketing events, internal networking, etc.
- Conducts Customers and Stores visit regularly to achieve company sales goal and collect market intelligence
- Monitor and evaluate the actual sales performance against target and take action to remedy should any shortfall occur
- Develop close relationships with key customers to maximize collaboration with target to maximize exposure and conversion
- Recommend competitive tactics and strategies to achieve sales target
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in related subject
- 6 years or above relevant experience in Open Trade / Key Account Management is a must
- Confident & self-motivated, with strong analytical skills and business sense
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office, good spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
