Job Description

Our client is a luxury fashion brand with strong presence worldwide. To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for a In-store Client Development Manager to join the team.

The Job:

  • To develop high end customers to be loyal customer. 
  • To plan and coordinate in store events in order to maintain and recruit VIP clients
  • To train and develop in store front line staff 's CRM skills and improve the brand's services standard 
  • Facilitate the planning of daily one-on-one client appointments with sales team
  • To exceed client's expectation through arranging special VM set up in the store before each appointment, arrange luxury F&B for each client and offer tailored personal service to each client.
  • Provide strategic direction for recruiting and retaining VIP
  • To work with department managers to plan new product launching events
  • Partner with salesperson to introduce products to clients. 
  • Develop new sources of clientele, new in-store monthly events and programs with internal team to ensure on-going clientele interest and participation.
  • Help sales team to establish a yearly activity plan to keep frequent contact with Elites and VVIC clients
  • Establish new tools to help sales staff to keep track of clients buying preference; special dates for celebration, activities attended and personal detail, etc
  • Based on company’s vision, to provide a strategic direction to build customer loyalty and develop the brand as a service centric destination of excellence that sets the benchmark for others to follow
  • Manage and update the client database in system
  • Assist the salesperson to build and develop the client base 

 

The Candidate:

  • Minimum 5 - 6 years experience in luxury retail / international 5-star hotel / auction house/ customer service related background
  • Strong connections with high net worth clients from personal and social network
  • Good sense of luxury and client-centric 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong influencing skill
  • Attention to detail, proactive, creative and with a can-do attitude
  • Good English language skills and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) are essential, other language skills would be an advantage
