We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Sourcing Specialist - Seasonal/Trim a Home/Card & Party.

Job Description:

• Source vendors and develop products according to the objectives and requirements from the buying team.
• Monitor day to day operation including supplier management, product development, quote sheets, sample verification & order follow up.
• Responsible for trade terms negotiation and vendor set up, on time shipment & Critical Path management. 
• Responsible for vendor relationship and KPI measurements.
• Communicate daily with buyers and vendors to ensure programs are delivered as per schedule.
• Coordinate the sourcing activities with QA, Supply chain and packaging team. 
• Responsible to look after Seasonal decor, decorative lightings, artificial trees, Party favors, Party décor, Plush toy in different seasonal events e.g. Valentines Day, St Patrick’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Patriotic, Harvest, Halloween, Christmas.

Education and Experience Required:

• Degree holder highly preferred.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in related product categories.
• Knowledge of U.S. retail industry/sourcing industry.
• Experience in U.S. Sourcing/Buying office would be preferred. Familiar with sourcing landscape in China, Southeast Asia, India.
• Familiar with regulatory requirements for U.S. market.
• Familiar with supply chain optimization process.

Languages:

• Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with counterparts located in China or USA.
