Responsibilities:

• To assist the Principal in application of projects such as Employees Retraining Board, Navigator Scheme Youth Program, Life Education Program and etc
• To be the contact person of Employees Retraining Board projects, including contact of employers and providing counseling and job finding for students
• To participate in the administration of Professional Training Institute such as resource management, budgeting, contact Hospitals and Universities and effective promotion of training programs
• To participate in training and staff development programs for continuous service improvement
• To participate in internal and external meetings to facilitate the smooth operation and service development
• To take up any duties assigned by Principals or above

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above and prefer in Social Work
• Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience
• Good communication skills and attention to details
• Self-motivated, independent and strong sense of responsibility
• Possess good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Align with the Vision, Mission and Core Values of Haven of Hope Christian Service
