We are currently looking for a Property Assistant to join our Residential Leasing Team. With sophisticated design, high management standards and outstanding quality, our residential developments offer an exceptional living experience with a focus on long-term value creation for residents and the community. We conceive, design and develop world-class residential developments which reflect our commitment to quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the leasing and day-to-day management of residential investment portfolio
• Handle leasing enquiries, tenancy agreements administration, insurance claims, rental arrears collection / debit note issuing, daily management and preparation of related documents and reports
• Monitor tenants’ fit-out works
• Handle tenants’ enquiries and complaints, handover and takeover of premises 
• Participate in other ad hoc projects

REQUIREMENTS

• Form 7 or above. Tertiary education in real estate management, housing management, surveying or related disciplines preferred
• Experience in property leasing and management preferred
• Actively learning through experimentation when tackling new problems, using both successes and failures as learning opportunities
• Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
• Ability to rebound from setbacks and adversity when facing difficult situations
• Good analytical skills, proactive with a positive mindset
• Independent and able to work with people at all levels
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Good PC skills on MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
