Our Graduate Trainee Program – Restaurants, Bars & Events, Front Office and Housekeeping (1-year contract) is now open for enrollments. We target fresh graduates or job seekers with less than 24-month working experience who are looking for a career in the Restaurants, Bars and Events and Front Office section of the hotel industry. The program lasts for 1-year, candidates who have completed successfully will receive graduate certificates. Potential leaders will be offered more developmental opportunities after the program. 

Job responsibilities:

• Deliver quality services to guest 
• Handle general guest enquiries
• Assist to manage hotel restaurant's and front office's operations

Basic Requirements:

• Graduates who have attended or attending in any disciplines
• Self-motivated, initiative and mature with good interpersonal skill
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
