職責描述：
1、負責港澳地區債券承銷工作，對接銀行及非銀金融機構等融資渠道，並進行渠道的拓展、管理和維護；
2、負責港澳地區金融市場和監管政策信息的收集、整理和分析，為產品的發行提供相關支持；
3、協助港澳地區融資平臺建設，提升集團融資能力，統籌跟進集團融資事項的進度和問題；
4、與港澳地區監管機構保持良好的溝通，根據集團業務方向和目標客戶設計融資方案並落實執行；
5、領導交辦的其他工作。
任職要求：
1、統招碩士及以上學歷，財務管理、金融、經濟、法律等相關專業；
2、三年以上銀行、券商或投行債券承銷工作經驗，熟悉港澳地區監管政策和金融市場，具有豐富的融資渠道和資源優先；
3、具有系統性思維能力和金融創新意識，具備優秀的溝通協調能力、商務談判能力及風險管控能力；
4、具備良好的職業道德和敬業精神，能夠承受壓力並勇於面對挑戰；
5、英語、粵語熟練優先。

Job Description:
1. Responsible for bond underwriting in Hong Kong and Macao, connecting with banks and non-banking financial institutions and other financing channels, and expanding, managing and maintaining the channels;
2. Responsible for the collection, collation and analysis of financial market and regulatory policy information in Hong Kong and Macao, and provide relevant support for product issuance;
3. Assist in the construction of financing platforms in Hong Kong and Macao, enhance the Group's financing capacity, coordinate and follow up the progress and problems of the Group's financing matters;
4. Maintained good communication with regulators in Hong Kong and Macao, designed and implemented financing plans according to the Group's business direction and target customers;
5. Other work assigned by the leader.
Job Requirements:
1.master degree or above, financial management, finance, economics, law and other related majors;
2.more than three years of bond underwriting work experience in banks, securities brokerages or investment banks, familiar with Hong Kong and Macao regulatory policies and financial markets, with rich financing channels and resources is preferred;
3. Have systematic thinking ability and financial innovation consciousness, excellent communication and coordination ability, business negotiation ability and risk management ability;
4. with good professional ethics and professionalism, can withstand pressure and dare to face challenges;
5. Proficiency in English and Cantonese is preferred.
