Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Managing job requisitions and all recruitment activities to attract, evaluate and hire top candidates
- Develop, identify, and implement metrics as well as collect and analyze recruiting data to determine areas for improvement
- Drive and manage the implementation of young talent/MT programs
- Actively approach and source potential talents through a variety of channels
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements in support of talent management programs
- Assist in organizing group sizable event (charity activities)
- Formulating internal and external talent strategy, implement, and execute talent acquisition strategies and programs to attract and acquire top talent to meet current and future hiring needs
- Monitor external market and competitive trends and provide market intelligence back to the business to influence our practices and offerings
- Conduct performance management, employee relations and employee engagement
Requirements:
- Degree holder with major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines
- 5-7 years' experience relevant working experience in sizable chinese company
- Effective interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Strong presentation, analytical, and critical thinking skills
