Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquirie via phone, email, and chat.
- Actively listen to customers, understand their needs, and provide timely and effective solutions/advise.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.
- Escalate complex issues/enquiries to senior customer service representatives or relevant departments as needed.
Contract Period:
6-month contract
Working Time:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle a variety of customer queries and concerns.
- Proficient in using computer systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and other relevant technology.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive, professional demeanour.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with 1 year or above of relevant customer service or call centre experience preferred.
Salary
- Salary up to 22,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
