Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for system programming functions in CICS/MQ and DB software installation, configuration, support and tuning  
• Implement and review CICS/MQ/DB changes
• Perform CICS/MQ/DB fault analysis and problem resolution
• Automate operations of CICS/MQ/DB software products
• Monitor and fine-tune resources to optimize performance
• Evaluate and propose new and/or upgrade of software products
• Document processes and procedures in support of the operations for the CICS/MQ/DB systems
• Provide technical guidance and training
• Provide 24 x 7 On-call support

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 7 years Systems Programming experience in MVS with knowledge on CICS, DB2, IMS, MQ (and/or TCP/IP); knowledge with storage products is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
• Good Project & Vendor management skills
• In-depth understanding of banking or financial business
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
