Job Duties:

• Responding to client support requests
• Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem
• Traveling to the client’s location or connecting via a remote link
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals
• Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software
• Troubleshooting networking and connection issues
• Advising on software or hardware upgrades
• Perform general infrastructure routine tasks, e.g., Hardware stocktakes, etc. 

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or equivalent in Computer or IT related subjects. 
• At least 2-3 years' experience in first-tier user desktop and operations support 
•  A good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365 and common hardware 
• Experience with ManageEngine Desktop Central and Service Desk Plus or related CMDB and ITSM tools would be an advantage 
• Knowledge in networking (Switch / Wireless LAN / Firewall) 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills 
• Good in English and Cantonese
