Summary
A hands-on Data Engineer role under the R&D department of a sizeable & influential real estate company, contribute to building the data warehouse for their innovative PropTech platform.

Responsibilities:

• Build data warehouse to consolidate data from large data sources & data points
• Use ETL and python to develop data pipeline and relevant mechanisms to interconnect with other applications/ ML platform for feeding real-time data
  
• Collaborate with development team to develop other backend services that utilise data (e.g. IoT, dashboard, etc.) 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder
• With 5+ years’ data engineering experience within enterprise environment
• Familiar with Python, ETL and database technologies (e.g. PostgreSQL, SQL, noSQL)
• Experience of big data technologies is a plus (e.g. Hadoop, Akka Stream, Spark)
• Strong communicate skills in both English and Chinese
