ETL Developer/Data Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer/Data Engineer to join our growing data team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop efficient ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from source systems into our data warehouse
• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and optimization
• Implement effective data filtering, grouping, and aggregation techniques to ensure data quality and performance
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and optimize data models
• Troubleshoot and resolve data issues, and provide support for end-user queries
• Continuously improve data pipeline efficiency, reliability, and scalability
• Document ETL processes and maintain data lineage

Required Skills and Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience as an ETL Developer, Data Engineer, or a similar role
• Proficient in SQL, including advanced techniques for optimization, filtering, and grouping
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and dimensional modeling concepts
• Ability to write efficient and scalable SQL queries to handle large datasets
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
