Job Description

Senior Growth Marketing Manager at Informa Markets will helm strategic initiatives aimed at exploring new markets and launching innovative products and services. This role is crucial for transforming initial concepts into scalable projects that significantly enhance our market presence and overall business performance. Leading a small, agile squad team, you will work closely with senior leadership to design and execute pioneering marketing strategies that propel our growth and expansion.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth Initiatives:
    • Lead the conception and execution of marketing strategies focused on new event and product launches, ensuring scalability and robust growth from inception.
    • Analyse market trends and consumer insights to identify and capitalize on new business expansion and product innovation opportunities.
  • Leadership and Cross-Cultural Collaboration:
    • Direct a small, specialized squad team, nurturing a culture of innovation, agility, and high performance.
    • Work closely with teams from varied cultural backgrounds to ensure growth initiatives are comprehensively supported and effectively implemented across the company.
  • Brand Development:
    • Leverage entrepreneurial experience to develop distinctive brand identities from the ground up, ensuring they resonate with our professional audiences and achieve sustained growth.
    • Formulate and implement comprehensive brand strategies that cover all product lifecycle stages, from design to market introduction and beyond.
  • Cross-Cultural and Multilingual Marketing:
    • Execute multilingual marketing campaigns to effectively engage a culturally diverse audience.
    • Utilize cross-cultural awareness to tailor marketing strategies to regional nuances, improving customer engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Analytics and Impact Measurement:
    • Establish and manage advanced analytics to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies, ensuring decision-making is data-driven and strategically sound.
    • Deliver insightful, actionable reports to senior management, clearly outlining market positioning and strategic opportunities.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree highly preferred.
    • Minimum of 8 years in growth marketing, with a proven track record in successful brand development and market expansion.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Fluent in English and Chinese; proficiency in Cantonese is a plus.
    • Strong background in entrepreneurship or new business development.
    • Demonstrated leadership in managing small, high-performing teams.
    • Deep analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven strategic decision-making.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at navigating cross-cultural interactions.
