Responsibilities

• Manage a team of on-site property management staff and service contractors to oversee day-to-day operation of the residential properties managed by the Corporation in accordance with the Deeds of Mutual Covenants and House Rules
• Review the efficiency of management services and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance of internal procedures with external requirements, such as Building Management Ordinance, Deeds of Mutual Covenant and statutory guidelines
• Prepare management budget and cost control documentation
• Handle public enquiries and liaise with the Owner's Committees, residents, government departments, District Councillors and local communities

Requirements

• Degree in a property-related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing residential properties, of which 1 year should be at supervisory level
• Possession of a Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) licence and a membership of a recognised professional institution 
• Fully conversant with the Deeds of Mutual Covenant and related ordinances with sound knowledge of the industry best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, supervisory and analytical skills with strong awareness on quality service
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
