Your Role:
- Lead the RM team to create holistic customer experience and cultivate long-term relationships
- Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns across the insurance products, such as face-to-face sales and roadshows
- Give recommendations on service and operations procedures improvement, and assist in smoothing the implementation of new policy
- Consolidate and analyze raw data to prepare statistical reports
- Set team target, monitor call and review call record for quality assurances & resources planning
- Manage and handle the service to sales channel
- Handle and lead the written team, such as presenting clients’ products online through various digital channels, including websites, mobile apps, email, live chat, O2O etc.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above with at least 6 years’ experience in insurance relationship management / customer service
- Passed IIQE Paper I, II & III
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Proficient in MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Manager
