The Role: 

• Supervise and monitor the performance of the workforce under Preventive Maintenance Services Section and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance work is in compliance with relevant regulations, operating procedures and requirements
• Liaise with the stakeholders of housing estates for safety inspection 
• Provide technical solutions and improve service quality
• Conduct quality audit 
• Handle customer enquiries 
• Perform other duties as delegated by supervisor

The Person: 

• Degree in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering or Engineering disciplines
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience is preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in PC and Mobile applications (e.g. MS Office, Data Analytic Tools, Power Apps) 
• Experience in customer service is an advantage
