We are a sizable international sourcing organization with 60,000 square feet studio showcasing 5000+SKUs supplied to countries including UK, Ireland, Canada , Denmark, France, Germany and India with in house graphic designers and sourcing team to support our team. We are now looking for Shipping Clerk to cope with our team expansion.
 

Responsibilities:

• Handle I/E shipment, general clerical and supportive work for shipping department
• Handle full set of I/E, L/C and Bank Documents
• Liaise with factories, shipping companies and Internal teams to arrange shipment and documents
• Responsible for handling import/export documents, shipment and logistics arrangement, Letter of Credit, CTN Application, COC, Inspections, etc

Requirements:

• Diploma holder with preferred min.1 year shipping experience
• Familiar with full sets of I/E, L/C, Bank Documents & Tradelink System
• With shipping experience in South America/ Brazil market
• Good communication skill in speaking/writing English, Cantonese
• Independent, responsible, self-motivated and well-organized
