Job responsibilities

• Deliver training to overseas employees, including but not limited to new employee training, cultural promotion and company policy requirements, etc.
• Organize relevant procedures for overseas employees, including but not limited to onboarding, resignation, etc.
• Assist HRBP to complete the performance management of overseas employees, including but not limited to performance goal setting, performance evaluation, etc.
   

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree of Human Resources is preferred
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English 
• 2+ years of experience in HR from a sizable organization
• Proactive and can work independently 
• Startup mindset and work attitude
